The international headquarters of Brahmakumaris is located in Mount Abu, India. Many activities organized at the national level are generally conducted by the local people on the basis of the divine rules of the Brahmakumaris and their own rules and regulations in that area. International level activities are conducted through offices located in different countries, such as London, Moscow, Nairobi, New York and Sydney.
Role of women as a spiritual leader
Brahma Kumaris is the largest spiritual organization run by women in the world. Prajapita Brahma Baba, the founder of this institution, decided to keep mothers and sisters from the very beginning and because of this, Brahmakumaris maintain their separate existence among all other spiritual and religious institutions of the world. For the last 83 years, his leadership has consistently proved his courage, forgiveness ability and his deep commitment to unity.
Although women lead in all top administrative positions, but these top women always make their decisions with their brothers. It is an ideal of leadership with participation and consensus based on respect, equality and humility. This is an example of the use of efficient and harmonious rights.
